Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or engaging our services.

1. Services Description

Easy Ledger Services, a DBA of Strategic Bookkeeping Solutions LLC, provides:

• Bookkeeping services
• Payroll support services
• Financial reporting
• Catch-up bookkeeping
• QuickBooks setup and support

2. Engagement Terms

Before work begins, clients receive a formal engagement letter outlining:

• Scope of services
• Responsibilities (client and service provider)
• Fee structure and payment terms
• Communication expectations

Services will not commence until the engagement letter is signed by both parties.

3. Payment Terms

• Fees are based on scope and complexity, discussed during consultation
• Payment terms are specified in the engagement letter
• Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may result in suspension of services

4. Refund Policy

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us to discuss resolution options.

• Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice
• No refunds for completed work or past billing periods
• Project-based work is non-refundable once delivered

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Provide timely access to necessary documents and accounts
• Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe
• Review and approve work as requested
• Pay invoices according to agreed terms

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose client financial data to third parties except as required by law or with explicit written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide bookkeeping and reporting services based on information provided by the client. We are not liable for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

• With 30 days written notice for ongoing services
• Immediately for material breach of these terms
• Upon completion of project-based work

Upon termination, client will receive all completed work and access to their financial records.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Missouri.
